I'm a product designer with a researcher's instincts. I have eight years of experience working across various industries like shipping and logistics, professional sports entertainment, commercial retail, non-profit, education, and federal government.

I'm drawn to the hard problems, where thoughtful design doesn't just improve an experience, it's the difference between something that works and something that doesn't. Because of this, my design process always starts with a question: what problem does this actually solve? I work closely with business, product and engineering teams, but I like to stay closest to users, because the best design decisions come from listening, not assuming.

I hold a B.S. in Information with a UX Research and Design concentration from the University of Michigan. Right now I'm deep in the world of human-AI interaction, thinking about what it means to design experiences that feel personal in an increasingly automated world.
